Mid Level escalators - 中環至半山自動扶梯(Central)

On this day, we ventured out to Central to find the Mid-Level elevators.  The Mid-level escalators stretches about 800 meters up a hill. It bisects many streets which are filled with shops and restaurants, and without the escalators  one will be exhausted after reaching the top. So enough talk and lets have a look at Central

Tacos in HK, yes they do! cause HK has everything !!

We stopped by this Nepal cuisine, and had some delicious food as you can see from the next photo.

Meal included, samosas, spiced eggplant , bbq lamb, chicken curry, rice, and naan.  Finished with a nice cup of tea.

This place is a place to get some delicious snacks, such as HK style toast, and milk tea!!  One thing about this, especially since I am ABC, it is very uncomfortable at first to be seated at a table with complete strangers, but you get used to it fast cause that's HK style!

Damnnnnn Deliciousss!!

HK Dogs

The other day I met some very hyper dogs.  These dogs almost have unlimited energy.  The chocolate color dog is name Dolly and the white color dog is named Mimi.  When I first arrived they would just constantly pounce on your leg and lick your hand as if it was a piece of steak.

This is Mimi. She is one mean dog, she wont let anybody pick her up without a fight.

Dolly is the most hyper, but also the most friendly.  This dog is very laid back but willing to play. Heres a youtube link to see them in action.  http://www.facebook.com/l.php?u=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.youtube.com%2Fwatch%3Fv%3D4GKIIowU7pI%26feature%3Dyoutu.be&h=iAQEE2srU
These are very cool Obama sandals.  Ive never seen these in america yet.

Hong Kong days .5

Day 1 HK touchdown:  Finally I have got off that 16 hour flight, I thought since it was a midnight flight I would be able to sleep with no problem, but it turns out I still didn’t sleep during the flight.  Right now I am a walking zombie.

First off we must visit relatives of course, so as predicted we went to a familiar restaurant that I have been to before to eat dimsum, which is always good. After we got back and met a good friend of mine, who showed me Tin Shui Wai's wet market, which sells many things from meats, fruits, vegetables, and the floor is very wet ,hence the name wet market. I don’t have the photos yet, as I forgot my camera but if I do come across it again ill be sure to take some photos.

Almost ready

Well its morning, and just getting things packed up for the journey ahead. Usually big trips like this, I lose a lot of sleep out of excitement. I got to thinking, wouldn't It would be great to own houses all over the word stocked with everything you need, this way when you travel you don’t need to worry about packing anything.  As you can see, my luggage is filled with mainly booze and gifts for relatives.
